We are a thrift shop and our goods are used items. We strive to stock the best we have to offer. Keep in mind, however, that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The only exception is, you may return, within two business days, consigned electronic items that are not in working order. A receipt will be required. Thanks for your cooperation.
Consignments
What is Consignment with The Thrift Shop?
The Thrift Shop accepts consigned items from anyone in the FLW community who has valid Military or DOD identification cards. You set the price, and we’ll do the selling! You receive 70% of the profit and we receive the other 30%.
Starting February 1st, 2020 Consignments will be open Tuesday – Friday 11:00-2:00 and 10:00-1:00 on Saturdays. Consignments will also be closed from 11:00-12:00 for lunch on open Saturdays.

General Rules for consignment with The Thrift Shop:
1. You may consign up to 14 items per day. These items may include any combination of the following:
a) No more than 6 items of clothing. You may only have 3 of each type, (Example: 3 men’s pants,3 women’s tops, 3
girl’s pants, 3 women’s skirts, etc.
2. You may bring no more than 3 like items per day, including clothing. (Example: TOYS, FIGURINES, BOOKS, etc. – view a list of categories below)
3. All consignment items expire in 60 days from the date of consignment. Consignors may withdraw unsold items at least one day before the expiration date. There will be a 10% withdrawal fee, not to exceed $10.00 per item. Withdrawn items may be re-consigned in 45 days.
4. Prices may not be reduced during the consignment period.
5. Large items require same-day approval from management to ensure we have adequate space available.
6. Consignment checks will be available no later than the 10th of the month, following the sale of items, (i.e. items sold in March, checks will be paid by April 10th). Checks may be picked up at the consignment desk. If you live greater than 50 miles from the store, or PCS, you may leave 2 self-addressed envelopes and checks will be mailed to you.
7. Information will not be given over the phone concerning consignment status, checks, or merchandise.
8. Restricted items are posted on a board in the consignment area, or on our website at www.flwthriftshop.org – (click on the Calendar menu), or on a recorded message at phone number 573-329-2141. These restrictions are reviewed and changed weekly.
9. Consignors may only have 3 pieces of furniture in the furniture room at a time, or 3 Jewelry under the Jewelry counter
at one time. We want to give adequate space to all customers and these spaces are very limited. (PCS Orders will
be considered with these restrictions).
